LAST BUT NOT LEAST! (Closing, Summary and Suggestions, Back to Indonesia)

CLOSING CEREMONY

After the Grand Demo, my friends and I returned to the Dormitory to prepare for the performance that we would present at the Closing Ceremony. At 15.30 we left for the College of Education to attend the Closing Ceremony, it doesn't feel like it's ending so soon it feels like just yesterday we came to the Philippines and today we will hold the Closing Ceremony with our supervisors, IO, Cooperating Teachers, and Buddies. We convey the feelings and things we have gained while staying and doing activities here. I am very grateful and grateful to UST and DSM who have accepted us very well and helped us in the process of becoming better. Many thanks to UST and DSM.



SUMMARY AND SUGGESTIONS

After joining this program, I have gained a lot from it. The goal of teaching here and learning to be a teacher in a new place was not as easy as imagined, but I am very happy with this challenge and new things. I understood and learned a lot about the teaching practice procedures in DSM even though it was challenging due to communication limitations, but they were very kind to accept and teach many things.Thank you for an amazing and very memorable 21 days. I will never forget it. 

Hopefully this program will continue to run and provide many benefits and opportunities for student teachers to continue learning and advancing education in the future💗.


COME BACK TO INDONESIA

October 03, 2023

Today is my last day in the Philippines because today I will return to Indonesia. Before going home, my friends and I went to DSM to meet the DSM principal. We took photos and got prizes from DSM. Thank you, DSM! Hopefully one day we can visit again. After DSM, my friends and I went back to the dorm. On the way, we stopped to buy the legendary ice cream on campus, which is called Mang Tomas ice cream, it tastes really delicious! At 14.00 pm we were picked up by Ms. Ailyn to depart for Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Here, we will make a long journey again. Our flight schedule is 19.35 pm to Singapore. My friends and I arrived in Singapore at 23.00 pm Then our next flight to Yogyakarta, Indonesia tomorrow at 08.35 am And finally we arrived back in Indonesia at 11.00 am

That's my story during the journey from departure to the journey back to Indonesia. Even though it's only 3 weeks, I think this is enough to try this extraordinary opportunity. I gained a lot of valuable knowledge and experience during these 3 weeks. Thank you to all parties who have supported us to be able to participate in this program. Hopefully, I get good things and can be useful in the future. Once again, thank you so much. This is my great story, I'm waiting for your great story! See you!

  COURTESY VISIT WITH THE DIRECTOR OF UST OFFICE INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND AFFAIRS After finishing DSM, I went to the College of Education to meet with the Director of International Relations and Affairs at the UST Office which is located in the main building.
